I am very happy to report that a long standing problem with one of the confessionals at the Mall is being attended to as I type.  We have been trying for a long time to improve the sound proofing of the confessional, and I now feel that the problem has been solved.  A whole new sound-proofed wall has been added to the penitent side of the confessional.We were constantly telling the peo9ple to "speak softer, speak softer" and many of the older people who really have hearing problems couldn't hear themselves if they didn't speak more loudly.  Hopefully, we will all feel more comfortable now.
